- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to operator approval and will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
- No refunds will be issued for no shows

Hotel Pick Up Information
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time
- The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
- Transfer Surcharge:
- Cenang area: MYR20 per 3 seater car or MYR70 per 10 seater van
- Kuah area: MYR80 per 3 seater car or MYR130 per 10 seater van
- Berjaya/Danna Century beach: MYR100 per 3 seater car or MYR150 per 10 seater van
- Tanjung/Datai/Andaman area: MYR180 per 3 seater car or MYR230 per 10 seater van
- Please note: The transfer surcharge need to be paid to driver directly upon pick up
