• A surcharge of MYR20 per 3-seater car or MYR 70 per 10-seater van will apply if your hotel is located in Cenang area, payable onsite
• A surcharge of MYR80 per 3-seater car or MYR 130 per 10-seater van will apply if your hotel is located in Kuah area, payable onsite
• A surcharge of MYR100 per 3-seater car or MYR 150 per 10-seater van will apply if your hotel is located in Berjaya or Danna Century beach, payable onsite
• A surcharge of MYR180 per 3-seater car or YR 230 per 10-seater van will apply if Tanjung, Datai or Andaman area, payable onsite

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
• In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation
  due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to operator approval and will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
• No refunds will be issued for no shows

Pick Up Information

Hotel Pick Up Information

• Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time
• The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
• Please indicate your hotel name and address if you will be availing of the transfer service. If not, please state ‘no transfer needed’. All transfer surcharges are payable directly to the driver
• If you will not be availing of the pick up service, please head to the meet up location instead
