Guest Policy
- Everyone entering the park must sign the liability release waiver. Anyone under 18 must have waiver signed by parent/guardian.
- An adult must accompany all children under 13 years of age.
- Annual Pass or Day Pass are required to enter the park.
- Perdana Quay Eco Marine Park reserves the right to conduct bag checks at the entrance of the park to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
- Sharp objects, dangerous weapons and knifes are not allowed in the park.
- NO FISHING allowed in the park.
- By entering the park you give permission for us to photograph and/or take video footage, for any purpose without payment.
- Approved life jackets or wetsuits must be worn at all times while on docks or in the water.
- Lifeguards are on duty in designated swimming areas only. Follow the lifeguards’ instructions at all times. All visitors affirm and acknowledge the inherent hazards and risks associated with water sports.
- Ensure all safety gears are used properly. Strictly follow instructions to ensure safety at all times.
- Sand or stone throwing, and other potentially dangerous behaviour are not permitted.
- Main Traveller’s name must be the same as your IC / passport ; incorrect names may cause invalidation of redemption.
